We take great pride in offering authentic, handpicked gemstones and crystals.
Each product is carefully inspected, cleansed, and packed with positive energy before dispatch.
However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
- We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused, undamaged items.
- To be eligible, the product must be:
- In its original packaging
- Unused and unaltered (no signs of wear, damage, or cleansing methods applied)
- Accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase
Non-returnable items:
Due to the natural and delicate nature of crystals, the following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom or personalized gemstones
- Items purchased on sale or under clearance
- Gift cards or promotional products
2. Refunds (If Applicable)
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email or WhatsApp.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
3. Return Shipping
- To initiate a return, email us with your Order ID, reason for return and clear images of the product.
- Once approved, we will share the return address and steps for dispatch.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
4. Natural Variations Disclaimer
Please note that each gemstone is unique — slight variations in color, texture, and size are natural and do not qualify as defects.
We ensure authenticity and quality, but no two crystals are ever identical, as they are nature’s creations.
5. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not been shipped by the vendor.
Once dispatched, cancellations will not be possible.
Ek Tattva reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice. All changes will be updated on this page.
